Draft:2024 FIA Central European Zone Formula 3 Championship

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2024 FIA Central European Zone Formula 3 Championship is scheduled to be the 21st season of the FIA Central European Zone Formula 3 Championship, created in 1994 and run under Formula Libre rules as a sub class of the FIA Central European Circuit Racing series.[1]

The championship is planned to be run over eight weekends, starting on 26 April at Balaton Park and finishing on 8 September at Autodrom Brno.[2]

Entry list[edit]

All drivers will compete with Formula 3 cars according to the championship regulations. These include F3 cars built between 2002 and 2018, as well as Euroformula Open cars built in 2018.[3]

Race calendar[edit]

The 2024 calendar was announced in February of 2024.[2] It features eight race weekends at eight different circuits, one event more than in 2023. Automotodrom Grobnik left the schedule, while Autodrom Most and Balaton Park joined.
