Maxime Paradis (born 21 March 1995) is a French entrepreneur, investor and public speaker.

Early life and education

Maxime Paradis was born on 21 March 1995 into a middle-class family in Blois, France.

He graduated with a Master's Degree in Finance from ESCE International Business School in 2019.

Career

Maxime Paradis launched his first venture at 15 during high school.[1][2]

In 2015, at the age of 20, he founded an AI-based HR technology startup aimed at helping young talents find jobs.[3]

In 2019, he joins Station F, the World's largest startup campus as a Startup Program Manager in the Pepite Program to support young entrepreneurs.[4]

In 2023, he established Paradise Club,[5] a global community of hundreds of angel investors focused on investing in early-stage technology startups addressing the world's most pressing challenges. The club aims to generate financial returns while fostering global positive societal impact.[6]

In 2023, he founded the European Tech Sovereignty Summit, an annual event held at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris, France. The summit operates under the High Patronage of Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic. Its purpose is to convene European leaders, including politicians, business executives, and NGO representatives, to discuss and advance the agenda on critical technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and quantum computing. The event also emphasizes promoting positive impact and ethical growth in these fields.[7][8][9][10][11]

As a public speaker focused on entrepreneurship, venture capital and technology, Maxime Paradis has spoken at Viva Technology in 2022,[12] at IPEM in 2023,[13] at multiple conferences including Pirate Summit,[14] Invest Austria,[15] and at multiple universities and organizations including HEC Paris, Polytechnique, INSEAD, ESCP, ESADE,[16] La Sorbonne, ESSEC, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University,[17] Le Village by CA, Euratechnologies,[18] FrenchFounders,[19] Kryptopshere, Schoolab, Bpifrance.
