The Woman in Me is an upcoming American biographical musical drama film directed by Jon M. Chu. It is based on the 2023 memoir of the same name by Britney Spears.
Production
[edit]In August 2024, it was announced that an adaptation of the memoir The Woman in Me by Britney Spears was in development, with Jon M. Chu attached to direct, and Marc Platt serving as the producer, reteaming together following their work on the two-part film adaptation of Wicked (2024-2025). Universal Pictures acquired the distribution rights to the film.[1]
