You Are An Idiot, sometimes called Offiz is a shock site which flashes your screen with text saying “you are an idiot!”[1] On older computers, a lot of pop-up ads scatter all over the computer's screen. As of 2020, the program has infected as many as over 100,000 computers. The earliest form of the computer virus was made in early 2002, originally known as Offiz. It's first appearance was on a website called "youdontknowwhoiam(dot)org", which has been since turned into a pornography portal. Later, it became a famous internet meme that was used to trick people. On September 29, 2006, a video called "you are an idiot!" was posted to YouTube, featuring an animated techno remix of the song.
