Durga Prasad Yadav

a member of the 16th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh of India and also former transport minister and forest minister. He represents the Azamgarh constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Samajwadi Party.[2]

Early life and education

Durga Prasad Yadav was born in kotwa Patkhauli, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. He holds Bachelor of Laws degree .One of his closet friend in college, Mr. Amar Nath Yadava is a poet & works as a Lecturer. D P Yadav belongs to the Other Backward Class community.[3]

Political career

Durga Prasad Yadav has been a MLA since 1985. he represented the Azamgarh constituency and is a member of the Samajwadi Party.[4]
