Biography

Alistar attended the Chisanau Lyceum for Girls and she then studied at the University of medicine and pharmacy in Iasi.[1]

She served as Member of the Moldovan Parliament (1917-1918). Sfatul Ţării included only two women, Nadejda Grinfeld being the other woman member of Sfatul Ţării. She went to lead the school that she had attended as a girl.[1]

In 1940 Russia annexed Bessarabia and Alistar went into exile in Romania.[1]
