The Engineering & Construction Services Division (formerly Technical Services Division) is responsible for engineering design and construction, surveying and mapping and other program divisions within the City of Toronto. It is also responsible for coordinating environmental programs and emergency planning.

The division is divided into three primary business units

  • Design & Construction - further divided into three operational sections:
    • Major Infrastructure
    • Linear Underground Infrastructure
    • Transportation Infrastructure
  • Engineering Review
  • Engineering Support Services
