Fardeen Khan (born 1 April1974) is an Indian film actor known for his work in Bollywood. Fardeen made his Hindi film acting debut in 1998 with Prem Aggan, for which he garnered the Filmfare Best Debut Award. He then starred in successful films such as Jungle (2000), Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega (2001), Bhoot (2002), Janasheen (2005), No Entry (2005), Heyy Babyy (2007), and All the Best: Fun Begins (2009).

Early life and background

Fardeen Khan was born on 8 March 1974[1] to actor Feroz Khan and his wife Sundari. He has a sister Laila Khan.

Fardeen is the nephew of actors Sanjay Khan and Akbar Khan. He is the cousin of actor Zayed Khan and Suzanne Khan. Fardeen studied at Jamnabai Narsee School in Juhu India. He graduated in Business Management course at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Then he trained in acting at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute.

Personal life

Fardeen Khan is married to Mumtaz's daughter, Natasha Madhvani (with whom he has a daughter with). The wedding took place on 14 December 2005 at Amby Valley, Mumbai.

On 4 Oct 2001, he was remanded to Narcotics Control Bureau custody for being accused of carrying cocaine, but was found not guilty.[2]
