Fikret Arıcan (17 July 1912 – 1994) was the Chairman of the Türkiye Süper Ligi team Fenerbahçe between 1984–86.[1] He was born in Istanbul, Turkey.

He started his football career with Fenerbahçe when he was 12.[2] He also managed the football team between 1945–47 and 1955, twice.

He played 8 times for Turkey national football team between 1931–37 and scored 2 goals.
