Garsivaz (also Garsiwaz, Gersiwaz or Karsivaz[1]) (Template:Lang-fa [ɡæɾsiːvæz]) is a mythical Turanian character, referred to in Shahnameh ('Book of Kings') by the Persian epic-poet Ferdowsi. He is the brother of Afrasiab, king of Turan.[2]
