Gino De Keersmaeker is an athlete and Paralympian from Belgium competing mainly in category F42 discus throw events.

He competed in the 1992 Summer Paralympics in Barcelona, Spain. There he finished thirteenth in the men's Shot putt - THS2 event and finished eleventh in the men's Discus throw - THS2 event. He also competed at the 1996 Summer Paralympics in Atlanta, United States winning a gold medal in the men's Discus throw - F42 event, breaking the world record in the progress and finished fifth in the men's Shot putt - F42 event. He also competed at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, Australia., a silver medal in the men's Discus throw - F42 event and finished fourth in the men's Shot putt - F42 event. He also competed in the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, Greece. There he won a silver medal in the men's Discus throw - F42 event and finished sixth in the men's Shot putt - F42 event. He also competed at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China., finished twelve in the men's Shot putt - F42 event and finished fifth in the men's Discus throw - F42 event.
