Guys Hill is a rural locality in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 44 km east of Melbourne's central business district. Its local government area is the Shire of Cardinia. At the 2011 Census, Guys Hill had a population of 375.[1]

Guys Hill Post Office opened on 1 September 1942.[2]

Golfers play at the Berwick-Montuna Golf Club on Emerald-Beaconsfield Road, Guys Hill.[3]
