The Hetero-Genesys Laboratory (Director: Prof. Arokia Nathan) at the University of Cambridge is a multi-disciplinary research environment whose primary focus is on the heterogeneous integration of materials and processes, sensors, energy harvesting and storage devices including wireless power, thin film signal processing electronics and RF wireless communications pertinent to large area nanosystems.
