Median age is ca. 1963. Median lot size is slightly less than 1/4 acre. Median interior living space is approximately 1,900 sq. ft. Typical homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms with 1 to 3 baths; about 3/4ths of the homes have full basements; almost 2/3rds of the homes have garages. Access to the Hillwood Manor neighborhood is from Ewingville Road onto Alexander Drive or Bakun Way; from Federal City Road onto Snook Drive or Varden Court; and from Bunker Hill Road onto Rockland Road.
