Inspired by Project Gutenberg, the Iqbal Urdu Cyber Library, a project of Iqbal Academy, Pakistan, is an online digital library of Urdu books. It was conceived and developed by Qasim Shahzad under the supervision of Muhammad Suheyl Umar.

In addition to reference material, the library contains 552 free Urdu books, comprising 250,634 pages, on Iqbal studies (Iqbaliyat), Urdu literature, Urdu Poetry, Urdu Shairy, Urdu Afsaney, Urdu Ghazals and other Urdu classics.
