PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin) is a leading digital financial services provider established on November 3, 2016, through a collaborative effort with the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE), Himbara (BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, BTN), and PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Currently, the majority of Jalin’s shares are owned by PT Danareksa (Persero) since 2019.
Created to foster synergy among state-owned enterprises (SOE) and support domestic payment system sovereignty, Jalin focuses on banking and fintech transaction processing services through the LINK brand. These services including but not limited to ATM transactions, CRM, Debit, Indonesian Credit Cards (KKI), and QRIS, providing a convenient and efficient transaction experience.
Jalin also supports operational efficiency through Managed Service ATM and promotes various digital payment innovation with products like Jalin Verifi3d, Cardless Withdrawal, Payment Integrator, and e-Channel Platform. Jalin actively supports Bank Indonesia’s (BI) roadmap and the Indonesian Payment Systems Association (Asosiasi Sistem Pembayaran Indonesia or ASPI) initiatives as outlined in the BSPI, particularly in expanding National Payment Gateway (Gerbang Pembayaran Nasional or GPN) services.
Currently, Jalin has over 48 service user members ranging from the banking and fintech sectors in Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Payment Systems Association (ASPI) actively supporting the realization of national financial inclusion.
ATM Link: Automated Teller Machine (ATM) service primarily used by Himbara Bank customers (Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, BTN) for financial transactions such as Balance Inquiry, Cash Withdrawal, Money Transfer, and Bill Payments.
Debit Link: Non-cash transaction service on Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines integrated with the National Payment Gateway (GPN) system, enabling customers to use Debit cards on EDC machines from any bank across Indonesia.
QRIS: Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard, better known as QRIS, is a QR-based payment channel integrated with the GPN system, allowing customers to make payments by scanning a single QR code through any payment application. QRIS is currently available both domestically and cross-border (across countries) including Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
Indonesian Credit Cards (KKI): Credit payment instrument integrated with GPN used by the Government and State Institutions for domestic shopping or transactions.

Premises: Cleaning and repair service for ATM’s surrounding environment and infrastructure.
Jalin Cash 360: Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) service designed to facilitate banks, fintech, and merchants in managing and optimizing financial resources, including cash management.

Jalin Verifi3d: Directory Server for processing GPN card transactions at online merchants using 3D Secure technology compliant with GPN standards.
Cardless Cash Withdrawal: Cardless cash withdrawal service at any Jalin member bank ATMs by using bank or fintech applications to support financial digitization.
Payment Integrator: Financial service integrating Issuer (SoF) member needs for payments to various biller products.
E-Channel Platform: ATM technology solution allowing banks to serve customers while maintaining the bank's user experience even when on a different bank's ATM platform.
