KBSV (TV 23 Assyria Vision) is an Assyrian television station broadcasting on digital UHF channel 15, that serves the Modesto, Stockton, and Sacramento, California areas.

It was the first Assyrian television station in the world, and began broadcasting on April 14, 1996. It began webcasting 24 hours a day in 1997. The station is owned by Bet-Nahrain, Inc., which also owns and operates the Bet-Nahrain Assyrian Cultural Center in Ceres, California, and KBES radio (89.5 FM).
