Kaempferia parviflora (Thai black ginger, Thai ginseng or krachai dum) is an herbaceous plant in the family Zingiberaceae, native to Thailand. Among the Mong people, it is believed to improve physical work capacity, but clinical study has failed to support this belief.[1]
