Khujner is a town and a nagar panchayat in Rajgarh district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.Khujner has churned out very few professionals but an IAS officer named Radheshyam Julania. The majority of population is Baniya who are very wealthy and business-minded.The Town is a strong base of Vaishnavite followers and majority of them are Baniyas, they follow non-materialistic lifestyle and serve Lord Krishna.
Geography
Khujner is located at 23°47′N 76°36′E / 23.78°N 76.6°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 531 metres (1742 feet).
Demographics
As of 2001[update] India census,[2] Khujner had a population of 9285. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Khujner has an average literacy rate of 58%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 70%, and female literacy is 45%. In Khujner, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
khujner has majority of meadtwal vaishya and yadavs. prachin shiv mandir at sadar bajar is ancient site.
