Biography

Domuschiev graduated from the Spanish high school in the capital in 1988. He subsequently earned a degree in Industrial Marketing and Management from TU-Sofia.[1]

Kiril Domuschiev and his brother Georgi are the founders of the investment society Advance Properties.[2]

Domuschiev is a CSKA Sofia fan and was for more than a year a member of the club's supervisory board, but since 2010 he is no longer affiliated with the "armymen" in any official capacity. In the late 2000s, he began financing Ludogorets Razgrad.[3]

In 2011, Domuschiev was awarded the prize of the "Economy" magazine for contributing to the development of industry after being part of the "Mister Economic" competition (Bulgarian: конкурс "Мистър Икономика").[4]

In November 2014, Domuschiev succeeded Ognyan Donev as the chairperson of the governing council of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (Bulgarian: Конфедерация на работодателите и индустриалците в България (КРИБ)).[5]

In addition to his native Bulgarian, Domuschiev speaks English, Spanish and Russian.[1] He has been married twice - to Russian Irina Ivanovna and currently to Kremena. Domuschiev has two daughters from his first marriage as well as a boy and a girl (who are twins) from his second one.[6][7]
