This is a list of Philippine Basketball Association retired jersey numbers, including jersey numbers which had not been reissued since the player left the team.

11 Gilbert Bulawan Blackwater Elite F/C 2014–16 2016 The Blackwater Elite retired his jersey number on the first game of Blackwater in the 2016 PBA Governors' Cup versus NLEX Road Warriors on July 16, 2016 in honor of Bulawan. He collapsed and died during the team's practice on July 3, 2016 and the team retired his jersey for his efforts. [4]
