This is a list of Heads of Government of Russia or Prime Ministers of Russia (in the modern sense), and its since 1905 as the Russian Empire, from when the first Prime Minister, Sergei Witte, took office in 1905, until the present day. The office is currently held by Vladimir Putin.

Multiple government change in office, consecutive or otherwise, are listed and counted in the first column (total number) and the second column (administration number).
