Malekan (electoral district) is a 9th electoral district in the East Azerbaijan Province. The district has 106,118 residents and elects one member for parliament. Malekan and Bonab was jointly electoral district from 1st to 5th Iranian legislative election and only first election had two members of Islamic Consultative Assembly.
