Mihailovca (Ukrainian: Михайлівка, Mykhailivka, Russian: Михайловка, Mikhailovka) is a commune in the Rîbnița District of Transnistria, Moldova. It is composed of a single village, Mihailovca. It is currently under the administration of the breakaway government of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic.
