"Miracle Cure"
Song

"Miracle Cure" is a song written by Pete Townshend of The Who. It appears as the nineteenth track on the group's first rock opera, Tommy (1969). The song is told through the perspective of a newsboy, selling newspapers with word of Tommy's "miracle cure".

Although the song clocks in at twelve seconds long, it is not the shortest song on record. According to the record sleeve, There's a Riot Going On by Sly & the Family Stone clocks in at 0:00, and John Lennon's Nutopian National Anthem clocks in at 0:03.
