Miss Universe Ireland 2017, the 54th edition of the Miss Universe Ireland. The Miss Universe Ireland 2017 competition held at the stunning historical Round Room at the Mansion House, hosted by the new owner, international model Brittany Mason and TV personality James Patrice. special performances from Ireland’s very own Adele in the making, 12 year old Allie Sherlock from Cork and international DJ, DJ GNO. DJ GNO whom has opened for top musical acts like Tiesto and DJ Khaled, has written an original song for the MUI called “Miss Emerald Isle” and debut at the production. The Official judges announced the week of the event, but they professionals in media, entertainment and business from Ireland, USA and UK. 30 finalist competed for the title of Miss Universe Ireland. There is a very diverse group of women that are vying for the title. Not only are there some of Ireland’s top models competing, but also female business owners, a teacher, a doctor, an architect, several in the process of earning their master’s degrees, as well as a nursing student and law student. Director Brittany Mason crowned Cailín Toíbín as the new Miss Universe Ireland.
