Naya Lahore (also Nawan Lahore, Urdu: نواں لاہور) is a town located in the Toba Tek Singh District in the Punjab, Pakistan. It is about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) west of Painsra, [4] midway between the major cities of Jhang,[1] to the west, and Faisalabad, 40 kilometres (25 miles) to the east. The capital city of Punjab, Lahore, is 212 km (132 mi) by road to the east.[4]

During the 20th century, the town developed as a midway stopping point along the Lyallpur-Jhang trade route.[1] As of 2015, its population is roughly about 19500, making it the largest town in Gojra Tehsil.[2] Naya Lahore town has a Union Council Number 2 of Gojra Tehsil and has 4 wards. Mian Shamshad-ul-Haq is the Chairman of this Union Council.[4]
