Poly Property Group Co., Limited (SEHK119), is a property developer in China, with its major businesses include property development, investment and management. It mainly develops mid to high-end residential and commercial properties in the cities along Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta as well as the second-tier provincial capitals.[1] Its chairman is He Ping, the son-in-law of the late Deng Xiaoping.[2][3]

Poly (Hong Kong) Investments was established in 1973, originally a shipping company called Haikang Investment Limited. In 1993, China Poly Group Corporation acquired 55% stake in the company and converted its business from shipping to conglomerate. In 2005, Haiking Investment was renamed to Poly (Hong Kong) Investments.[4]
