Società Sportiva Dilettantistica Città di Messina is an Italian football club based in Messina, Sicily. It currently plays in Serie D.

History

Foundation

The club was founded in 2010 renaming it the former U.S.D. Camaro Messina.[2]

Serie D

In the season 2011-12 the team was promoted from Eccellenza Sicily/B[3] to Serie D after playoffs.[4]

Colors and badge

Its colors are yellow and red.

Stadium

S.S.D. Città di Messina, plays its home games in the old stadium of the city, the 11,900 seater Stadio Giovanni Celeste.[5]
