Satriano di Lucania is a town and comune in the province of Potenza, in the Southern Italian region of Basilicata.

It houses the homonymous carnival and the Lucania Etno Folk Festival.

It was formerly known as Pietrafesa and gave its name to the painter Pietrafesa. The village is very famous for its murals; several times it has been nominated as the "italian murals' capital".
