Sunflowers GmbH (formerly Sunflowers Interactive Entertainment Software GmbH) was a German video game developer and publisher based in Heusenstamm, Germany. It was founded in 1993 by Adi Boiko, president of the company, and Wilhelm Hamrozi, CEO of the company. The company was best known for their games in the Anno series, Anno 1602, Anno 1503, and Anno 1701.

On 11 April 2007, Ubisoft announced that it had acquired Sunflowers, with the deal to be closed in Ubisoft's first quarter fiscal year 2007, and renamed the company simply Sunflowers GmbH before closing the company entirely.[1]
