Tabar (Persian: طبر, also Romanized as Ţabar; also known as Tavār and Tīr)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Tabar Rural District of Jolgeh Shoqan District, Jajarm County, North Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,025 in 298 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 978 people in 299 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 755 people in 275 households.[2]
