The Tagaytay–Sta. Rosa Road (or Tagaytay–Sta. Rosa Highway) is a 23.245-kilometre (14.444 mi), two-to-four lane, secondary highway traversing the provinces of Laguna and Cavite, Philippines.[1][2] The road was constructed in the late 1990s.[3]
It connects the city of Sta. Rosa in Laguna and the city of Tagaytay in Cavite through the municipality of Silang in Cavite and also serves as an alternate route to Tagaytay from Manila via Sta. Rosa Exit in South Luzon Expressway.
The entire road is a component of National Route 420 (N420) of the Philippine highway network.

the road runs along the 4-lane well paved, Tagaytay-Sta. Rosa Road, constructed in the late 1990's with a very gentle gradient and design speed of approximately 80 kph.
