Question

[edit]

Why were the women and children being flown into an active war zone? The city was was blockaded. The Azerbaijani source says along the route “Agdam-Shusha”. It could've been evacuating civilians from Shusha. --George Spurlin (talk) 14:32, 29 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Here is a quote from Kerim Kerimli Also on the 28th January 1992, when helicopters carrying civilians were shot down by Armenians over Khankendi, us journalists were the first to arrive at the crash site and we tried to collect the pieces of the bodies - from the surrounding trees, from the walls and other places. So in some sense and to some extent I took part in defending my people and my mother land, but since I was very busy with reporting events, I didn't have time to kill Armenian-Russian soldiers. http://commonspace.eu/eng/debate/6/id883 Doesn't seem neutral to me. --George Spurlin (talk) 15:28, 29 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Women and children were flown out of the conflict zone, that means they have been evacuated and their transport helicopter has been shot down by hostile forces during process. --Verman1 (talk) 08:14, 1 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
