Music as Psycological Warfare, who developed it, other examples?[edit]

The State Police playing music is a form of psychological warfare, does anyone know where that tactic was first developed? 71.114.168.247 (talk)

Better as an event article?[edit]

At present this looks to fail WP:BLP1E, as she's only famous for one event. The policy suggests that it would be better to move this to Roby Ridge and refocus it on the event rather than the person. Alzarian16 (talk) 11:40, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

External links no longer work[edit]
