I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. The maps are a little larger than I would have liked, however, when I made the subregional maps with a width of 400, the city names were overlapping. The regional and FF could be smaller, but aesthetically, I think it looks better when they are the same size. I considered putting all 21 locations on one map, but it would have to be larger to avoid overlapping of city names. If anyone has thoughts on color conventions, or other feedback, please let me know, as I hope to do similar maps for other years.Sphilbrick (talk) 00:44, 1 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Automatic team map[edit]

Clearly in error, will track down error and fix this weekend. It is too small to distinguish entries, need to make it a little large - but need to learn how to format the list. Sphilbrick (talk) 13:49, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The list of automatic bids lists the reason in each case. This is almost redundant, as all but one are Tournament champions. I plan to change the list, noting that all are Tournament winers except for Ivy league in the heading, then leave the conference affiliation but remove the reason from the list of each team. Unless anyone has a good reason to leave it the way it is. This will narrow the width of the team list, and allow the map to become a little larger, restoring the ability to distinguish dots that currently overlap.Sphilbrick (talk) 13:26, 8 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed the automatic team map (sorting problem) changed to list of schools to a table, so I could have more control over width, then slightly increased map size, so that entries do not overlap materiallySphilbrick (talk) 22:06, 9 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
