Driver table order

There is no apparent order to the driver table. All motorsport season articles have these tables organised in such a way that it is logical, but not here. Prisonermonkeys (talk) 03:47, 21 August 2016 (UTC)

It is ordered by the lowest car number of each team (1, 2, 4, 6, 11, 23...), the same as MotoGP and Supercars.

Again, don't see why this is necessary unless their winning it plays a role in this season somehow; you also mention Renault as the two consecutive team winner earlier in the article; maybe just mention later in that paragraph --> "Reigning champion Sebastien Buemi and Vergne were the two fastest overall drivers..."
