It's odd numbers on one side of the street and evens on the other which is why 8 isn't included, so it has to be either 7 & 9 or 7 and 9, but not dash which would indicate that 8 was included. Philafrenzy (talk) 08:55, 23 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
