NOTE TO EDITOR: This portion doesn't make sense and I'm not quite sure how to improve it, as I don't have the knowledge to do so. I would flag it, but I don't know how. Please fix the following issues: -rhetorical questions -incomplete sentences -nonsensical phrases -medicinal colloquialisms (like saying "tox" instead of "toxic") -put in the definition of the acronym ADMET as the very first line

I agree and have removed the following text:

ADMET Knowledgebase

Are most important tools for pharmaceutical and drug discovery companies. These help the major pharmaceutical companies in extensively studying the ASME Tox properties of potential drug candidates and speed up the process of drug discovery.

What is a ADMET Knowledgebase?

Is a database associated with related tools for ADMET properties of drugs/small molecules

Generaly a drug centric knowledgebase on ADME/TOX space, which included literature abstraction of pharmacological and pharmacokinetic attributes of reported chemical compounds and drugs. This database also comprises of Toxicity Mechanism, its Adverse or Side effects, details of the compound and/or metabolites, which induces toxicity and its significance. All the fields in the database include strict Ontologies and control vocabularies.

ADME

I would have thought that elimination includes both metabolism and excretion. ie elimination of the active drug from the body. Feel free to discuss. Earl Moss (talk) 19:53, 20 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
