Assess : newly added and existing articles, maybe nominate some good B-class articles for GA; independently assess some as A-class, regardless of GA status.
Cleanup : * Sport governing body (this should-be-major article is in a shameful state) * Field hockey (History section needs sources and accurate information - very vague at the moment.) * Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing. * Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."

A fact from Abu Dhabi Marathon appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 31 May 2023 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that although he was expected to exit the race after about 30 km (19 mi), pacemaker Reuben Kipyego ended up winning the Abu Dhabi Marathon and US$100,000?
The following is an archived discussion of the DYK nomination of the article below. Please do not modify this page. Comment: runner's world appears to have misspelt his name. the spelling in the twitter post for the first name appears to be accurate (but not the second).
Overall: The spelling seems to be disputed between different reliable sources including Reuters, Kipyego is certainly correct but not sure Reuben or Reuban. Reuben is used widely so I really hope it is correct. the hook is included in the text (not verbatim which is not required anyway). Hook good to go, good work! WikipediaNerd12345, the 2018 course was reportedly short, so reliable sources have ignored times from that year when determining the course record times. one of the footnotes for the table of winners mentions the issue, and the history section has a paragraph with more detail about how people concluded that the course was short. dying (talk) 01:00, 12 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
