Close paraphrasing[edit]

I've removed the section on his career as it follows the UN source too closely and so is likely a copyright violation. If the section is re-inserted the easiest way to avoid such a problem again is to write the section in your own words from scratch, don't try to modify someone else's text. The information on the wiki page has been updated. The copyright infringement has been corrected. New sources have been added.
