Alaria/Dabberlocks! The algal species 'Alaria esculenta is the botanial name for dabberlocks. The species is written up as two separate articles. I suggest they be united under Alaria esculenta. Other algae are recorded under the botanical name. If this is agreed please advice on how this is done. Osborne 20:10, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You could propose to merge the articles following the instructions at Help:Merging and moving pages. You could also simply post a related comment on the talk page of both articles, like you did.
