Date of birth[edit]

The 15 February birth date was copied from Russian Wikipedia and Ukrainian Wikipedia when this article was created. Those pages, unfortunately give no references, and we cannot use Wikipedia as a source. I’ve found nothing else credible that says 15 February (I don’t consider sites like this and this credible).

Nicolas Slonimsky says he was born 2 February (old style 20 January). This (also see this) is one of the few online sites that give his precise date of birth at all, and it says 2 February. This also says 2 February. I’m changing it to 2 February. -- JackofOz (talk) 01:41, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
