I want to note that the footnotes in this article are not exactly strong. Viewing as a referee myself, the footnote about letting games get out of control links to a video in which Faghani shows a remarkably strong performance by preventing the game to escalate. I think this should be reviewed, or supported with better sources. RikB, 2-1-2020

Issues

1. Faghani is Iranian-Australian. Not just Iranian.

2. Faghani's term as the referee in the Iranian Pro League (as stated in the infobox) was from 2007-2022. But in the last table it's stated from 2007-present.

3. While Faghani started his carrier from 2000, the total row in the last table is read 2010- . Aminabzz (talk) 19:17, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Very very controvertial decisions section needed

Faghani is now making the headlines of all newspapers in the world after producing a red card in the Iraq - Jordan match in the Asian cup. His decision could best be describe as bewildering and probably voiding any chances of him ever joining the fifa world cup. MetalRemi (talk) 18:12, 29 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
