The following coordinate fixes are needed for Amity Ohio. This is Amity road near Plain city. Amity is actually on St Route 3 between Mt. Vernon and Loundonville

Not done. Yes, there is an Amity in Knox County, on Route 3 between Mt. Vernon and Loudonville, but that's not the topic of this article. As the first two sentences of the article state, this Amity is in Madison County, at the intersection of Plain City–Georgesville Road and Amity Pike Road. The coordinates given in the article correctly indicate the location of that Amity. If you think that there should be an article about Amity, Knox County, Ohio, I encourage you to create a user account and write one yourself or to go to Wikipedia:Requested articles and request that one be written.
