Splitting up the article into individual bibliography of family members of Androuet du Cerceau[edit]

By reading through this article, i find this whole article is a compilation of bibliographies of family members of Androuet du Cerceau. I feel that there is a need to split up the article into individual bibliography of family members of Androuet du Cerceau. At the same time, i think this article requires clean up due to confusing and disorder sentences. In additional, i was wondering where did the previous author/s get his/her information. There is a lack of citation.

Proposed splitting[edit]

I propose to split this article up. I will give ten days for discussions, objections etc. before (if agreed) carrying out the edits. The present title of the article is confusing, in my opinion, as it is a family name rather than that of an individual. Jacques Androuet du Cerceau the Elder is a highly significant figure, most certainly deserving his own article. I have also come across Baptiste in at least three contexts. I will check out the other two as well. At the present, the link to this page is unhelpful, since the names of these men are so similar. One has to concentrate to work out which is which—not something one wishes to do when clicking a link.qp10qp 11:57, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
