I have added categories and links from the Love Valley, North Carolina article, as well as additional text on Love Valley and Andy and his family. I think that he is notable because of his long term as mayor, creating a town, and notoriety that he has had for events that took place in Love Valley. There are in-line refs for all paragraphs.
