Renaming of article

The main source of the article was the Australian Dictionary of Biography which always refers to people by their full names and was the reason for this article's original name. I have moved this article from Ann Rachel Church to Ann Church as all references I have found in newspapers of the time refer to her as Ann Church, as do gallery and performance archives.
