[edit]Hey there, I thought your article was very well written and covered alot of information in an efficient fashion. I especially liked the use of the colour in the awards table, I couldn't quite figure that out for my article. One thing I will point out however is the fact that in certain places the biography feels too much like a narrative instead of a encyclopedia entry. For example "...sister of actor Jean-Chrétien Sibertin-Blanc, she went as a young child to live in Lisbon" sounds like some thing out of a novel. An encyclopedia entry would commonly be something more straight forward, such as "Fontaine lived in Lisbon in her youth. Her sister,Jean-Chrétien Sibertin-Blanc was also an actor." Also it is common that if the subject of the article has relatives in the same industry then that information is placed in the lead. Other than that I found it was a well made article that served it's purpose succinctly. Great job. CartoonGraveyard (talk) 09:09, 1 March 2016 (UTC)

Dates and details
[edit]- Many internet sources give a 1959 birthday.
- French Nat Library says 1960, citing Libération 9 Jan 2004
- Libération says 1960 after suggesting that AF gives a slightly inaccurate date.
- Her father moved to Lisbon in 1961 (google) when AF was 2 (Libération)
- Her brother's birthday is often given as Oct 1960
- Some sources say 1961
Other info is also slightly inconsistent - I only included biog facts with 2 or more sources. --HJMG 16:06, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

Anne Fontaine (filmmaker) → Anne Fontaine – The current page for Anne Fontaine is a disambig page with one blue link and a red-link. The film-maker is clearly the primary topic and if the clothing range page is created, it can be accessed via a dab-link at the top of the film-makers' article. - Support. Only bluelink = obvious primary topic. We don't disambiguate for prospective articles. Jenks24 (talk) 21:12, 18 September 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hey,
This was a great read from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the constant links to her works throughout her "Life and career" section. I also really enjoyed how you formatted your tables, a real eye-catcher. For the most part the narrative is pretty neutral; without any sort of bias or promoting lines through-out the page. However some lines could use work. For instance, I would probably keep the fact that her solo work "Dry Cleaning" won best screenplay but avoid adding aspect to it. By this I mean the line that states "...she wrote and directed the successful Dry Cleaning" as it does not come off as a neutral approach. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Linneyern92 (talk • contribs) 21:22, 2 March 2016 (UTC)
