Hello @BD2412:,
Can we discuss re-inclusion of WP:REFBOMB material by the original author here?
The page reads:
He briefly served as Minister of Finance and of War and the Navy of Uruguay during the presidency of Manuel Oribe in 1838,
I previously deleted the source as the source solely states:
Nieto del General Antonio Diaz, el Ministro y Amigo intimo de Manuel Oribe
Question: how do you deduct from the sentence above that the subject of this article was "the Minister of Finance and of War and the Navy of Uruguay? The source only supports the claim that he was a Minister, of Manuel Oribe, and nothing else. Is there another page you can redirect this quote to (since you've also restored this source without providing a page number)? Also, kindly assume good faith when judging other people's edits. Thank you. Pilaz (talk) 19:11, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
